Terms and Conditions of Emzee Football Club

(Kelab Bolasepak Emzee)

1. Registration and Fees

1.1 Registration Fees:
A non-refundable registration fee and the first month’s training fee are required upon registration. Refunds will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of the club.

1.2 Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.

2. Uniform Requirement

All players must wear the official Emzee Football Club jersey for every training session and match. This promotes team identity, unity, and professionalism.

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Medical Conditions:
Parents/guardians must declare any known medical conditions or allergies that may affect a player’s participation. A medical clearance form may be requested when necessary.

3.2 Injuries:
Basic first aid will be provided in case of minor injuries. For more serious injuries, emergency services will be contacted, and parents/guardians will be informed immediately.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Liability Waiver:
By registering, parents/guardians and players agree to release Emzee Football Club from any liability for injuries or accidents during club activities.

4.2 Insurance Coverage:
All players are encouraged to obtain personal health and accident insurance before joining the club.

5. Parental Conduct

Parents/guardians are strictly prohibited from interfering with training sessions or match decisions. Coaching input, criticism, or sideline instructions are not allowed unless officially invited by the coaching staff.

6. Player Conduct and Discipline

6.1 General Behavior:
All players must maintain respectful behavior toward teammates, coaches, staff, and other parents. Bullying, verbal abuse, or any form of misconduct will result in disciplinary action.

6.2 Dress Code:
Players must wear appropriate football attire, including shin guards and football boots.

6.3 Personal Equipment:
Players must bring their own water bottles and training gear.

7. Match Selection Policy

Matchday selections are at the sole discretion of the coaching team. Coaches reserve the right to select players based on attendance, discipline, attitude, and performance. Parents are not permitted to interfere or question selection decisions.

8. Disciplinary Action

The club reserves the right to take disciplinary action—including warnings, suspension, expulsion, or reporting to relevant authorities—against any individual (player, coach, or parent) who engages in misconduct.

9. Session Cancellations and Make-up Policy

9.1 Make-up Sessions Will Only Be Provided For:

  • Player injuries (with proper notification and documentation)

  • School examinations (with prior notice)

  • Training cancellations by the club due to field unavailability or coach absence

9.2 No Make-up Sessions Will Be Provided For:

  • General public holidays (as the club observes all national/state holidays)

  • Absences due to personal commitments, travel, or non-medical reasons

10. Monthly Payment Commitment

Training fees must be paid on or before the 5th day of each month.

10.1 Non-Payment Consequences:
Failure to pay monthly training fees—regardless of reasons such as travel or personal commitments—will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the club. Re-registration and a new registration fee will be required upon return.

10.2 Package Change Policy:
Requests to upgrade or downgrade a training package will incur an RM100 administrative fee per change. Each member may request a change no more than two (2) times throughout their membership.

11. Attendance and Punctuality

Training starts promptly at the scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is observed before commencement. Parents must notify the club or coach at least 8 hours in advance if a child is unable to attend.

12. Environment and Code of Conduct

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited in or around the training grounds. Violators will face immediate and permanent dismissal from the club area.

13. Legal and Security Matters

The club reserves the right to report any parent or guardian who engages in physical or verbal altercations, causes disturbances, or poses a security threat, to law enforcement authorities.

14. Holidays and Club Closure

Emzee Football Club observes all applicable public and state holidays. No training or matches will be held on these days, and no make-up sessions will be provided for such holidays.

15. Training Assessments

Players are required to participate in scheduled training assessments. These help coaches monitor development and ensure proper progression across age groups.

16. Media and Promotion

By registering, parents/guardians give consent for the club to use photos and videos of their child taken during training, matches, and events for marketing and promotional purposes on official platforms.

17. Data Privacy

Emzee Football Club is committed to protecting members' personal data. Information collected will only be used for internal communication, management, and operational purposes, in compliance with relevant data protection laws.

18. Agreement to Terms

By registering with Emzee Football Club, parents/guardians and players confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any failure to adhere may result in disciplinary measures as outlined above.
