EMZEE FOOTBALL CLUB REFUND POLICY

Kelab Bolasepak Emzee (EMZEE Football Club)

By registering a player with Kelab Bolasepak Emzee (EMZEE Football Club), parents/guardians acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. Registration Fees

All registration fees paid to EMZEE Football Club are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Registration fees cover administrative processing, player onboarding, club membership activation, planning, and operational costs incurred by the Club upon registration.

No exceptions shall be made.

2. Monthly Training Fees

Monthly training fees may only be eligible for refund under the conditions outlined below.

2.1 Refund Requests Within Five (5) Days of Registration

A refund request submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of registration may be considered only if:

  • The player has not attended any training session, match, trial, event, or club activity; and

  • The player has not received any club services or benefits.

In such cases, only the monthly training fee may be refunded.

The registration fee shall remain strictly non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Requests After Five (5) Days of Registration

Any refund request submitted more than five (5) calendar days after registration shall not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the player has attended training or not.

The Club shall retain all fees paid.

3. Monthly Fee Commitment and Membership Continuity

EMZEE Football Club operates on a continuous player development programme. Monthly training fees secure a player's place within the Club and are therefore payable regardless of attendance.

Monthly fees remain due and payable in full whether a player attends training sessions or is absent due to:

  • Holidays or vacations

  • Domestic or international travel

  • School commitments

  • Illness or injury

  • Family matters

  • Personal reasons

  • Any other absence not caused by the Club

The Club continues to incur operational costs, coaching commitments, facility bookings, league registrations, and administrative expenses regardless of individual attendance.

3.1 Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to pay monthly training fees by the prescribed due date shall be deemed a voluntary withdrawal from EMZEE Football Club.

Players whose memberships are terminated due to non-payment shall immediately lose their place within the Club and shall not be permitted to participate in any training session, match, tournament, assessment, or club activity.

 

3.2 Re-Registration Requirement

Players who have been deemed withdrawn due to non-payment and subsequently wish to return to the Club must:

  • Submit a new registration application;

  • Pay the applicable registration fee in full; and

  • Comply with all current registration requirements and policies.

The Club does not guarantee the availability of places for returning players and reserves the right to place returning applicants on a waiting list where necessary.

 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund shall be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind by the parent or player.

  • Loss of interest in football.

  • Scheduling conflicts.

  • Family commitments.

  • School commitments.

  • Travel or holidays.

  • Relocation.

  • Medical reasons arising after registration.

  • Injury sustained outside club activities.

  • Failure to attend training sessions.

  • Suspension or expulsion due to misconduct.

  • Breach of club rules, policies, or code of conduct.

  • Dissatisfaction with playing time, team placement, coaching decisions, or match selections.

 

5. Club Discipline and Membership Termination

Where a player's membership is suspended or terminated due to disciplinary action, misconduct, violation of club rules, or behaviour deemed detrimental to the Club, no refund shall be provided.

This applies regardless of the amount of training attended.

 

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under Clause 2.1, the refund shall:

  • Be processed within a reasonable timeframe determined by the Club;

  • Be returned via the original payment method where possible; and

  • Exclude all registration fees and administrative charges.

The Club reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any refund.

 

7. Final Decision

All refund requests are subject to review by EMZEE Football Club Management.

The Club's decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

No appeal, dispute, or claim shall alter the Club's decision once it has been communicated.

 

8. Acceptance of Policy

By submitting a registration form and making payment, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.

Failure to read this policy shall not exempt any parent, guardian, or player from its application.
