EMZEE FC U16 CONTINUE DOMINANCE IN LIGA SUPARIMAU WITH ANOTHER BIG WIN

Emzee Football Club’s U16 Boys continued their impressive Liga Suparimau campaign on Saturday, 18th May, with another commanding performance at J Arena Sunway Iskandar Puteri.

After their scheduled fixture against TCP was postponed, our U16 side faced TSSX in the return leg of their league encounter. Having already secured a convincing 4-1 victory in the first leg, the boys once again showcased their quality and determination by producing a dominant 4-0 win.

The victory sees Emzee FC U16 maintain their position as league leaders with a perfect 9 points from their opening matches. The team has now scored an impressive 17 goals while conceding only 5 — a strong reflection of the squad’s attacking strength and growing chemistry on the pitch.

The match highlighted the team’s discipline, intensity, and hunger to continue improving as they push forward in the competition.

While there was plenty to celebrate for the U16 squad, it proved to be a more difficult outing for our U12 side, who fell to a strong Stylo Mylo Green team by a 7-0 score line. Despite the result, the experience serves as another important step in the development journey of our young players.

Speaking after both matches, the Head Coach in the person of Michael Ihonre reflected on the performances and the club’s long-term vision:

“We are still a work in progress irrespective of our results and we believe with hard work and consistency we will get there.”
