A brief history of All City Football Club

All City Football Club, formerly known as Emzee Football Club, was founded in 2015 by Mr. Michael Uzochukwu Ihonre, an AFC licensed coach, in Puchong, Selangor. Driven by a passion to develop grassroots football, he was supported by Ms. M Sivapoopathy a/p S Murugasoo, who now serves as the club’s president. The club was officially registered with the Majlis Sukan Negara (MSN) in 2017.

 

In 2019, the club became the first Celtic Soccer Academy International Partner in Southeast Asia, elevating its presence in the region. Emzee FC has competed in notable competitions such as the Twenty Five-7 League and the Liga PBKL (Kuala Lumpur Super League) under the Kuala Lumpur Football Association.

 

Following its expansion to Johor Bahru in 2023 and the successful launch of its first youth soccer camp, the club entered a new chapter. In 2025, the club took a positive by being affiliated with the leading football body in Johor Bahru (JBFA). Now registered with the Johor Bahru Football Association (JBFA), the club is focused on continued growth and inspiring the next generation of football talent in Malaysia.
