About the Role
As a Volunteer Coach, you will:
Assist or lead training sessions across various age groups (U8–U21)
Implement drills and exercises that develop technical and tactical skills
Promote discipline, teamwork, and a positive playing environment
Provide match-day support for league games and tournaments
Support club events, holiday camps, and inclusive programmes
Requirements
Minimum coaching certification: Grassroots Coaching Licence or FAM/D Licence (or equivalent)
Passion for youth development and community engagement
Basic knowledge of football techniques and coaching principles
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to regular training sessions (Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs)
Open to both male and female applicants
About the Company
All City Football Club is a community-driven grassroots football academy based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. Our mission is to develop technically skilled, disciplined, and confident young players through inclusive and affordable football programmes. We run teams from U8 to U21, including an inclusive programme for children with mild disabilities and a B40 youth development initiative.
