About the Role
Driving sales and sponsorship for All City Football Club and Allcity Group Malaysia
Managing leads, partnerships, and outreach with schools, companies, and community groups
Promoting player registration, corporate packages, and football programmes
Seeking sponsorships and community collaborations
Assisting in planning and executing football-related marketing campaigns and events
Helping build the club's profile across Johor Bahru and beyond
Occasionally supporting football training if licensed and qualified
Requirements
Open to Male or Female, ages 20–40
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about football & youth development
Must have at least a Grassroots Licence or Licence D (basic coaching involvement required)
Strong communication and people skills
Sales/marketing background preferred (but not required)
Able to work flexible hours and weekends (especially during training or match days)
Based in or willing to travel to Iskandar Puteri and surrounding areas
