About the Role
Design and deliver structured goalkeeper training sessions for all age groups
Evaluate and track performance, progression, and readiness of each player
Work closely with head coaches to integrate GK training into team plans
Provide feedback and development reports to players and parents
Uphold player safety, welfare, and conduct in line with club values
Participate in matchday duties and camps when required
Requirements
Minimum Grassroots Coaching Licence or FAM D Licence (or equivalent)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to coach both beginner and competitive-level players
Passion for youth development and community sport
Ability to work evenings/weekends (training & matchdays)
Open to both male and female candidates
About the Company
All City Football Club is a dynamic grassroots football club based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. Formerly Emzee FC, we’ve grown into one of Johor’s most inclusive and community-driven football institutions. We provide structured development for players aged U8 to U21, as well as inclusive programmes for children with mild disabilities.
We participate in competitive leagues such as Suparimau, JBFA, and international tournaments, and run a wide range of initiatives including holiday camps, B40 community support, and inclusive football training.
