About the Role
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and passionate Assistant Coaches to join our growing coaching team. As an Assistant Coach, you will work under the guidance of the Head Coach to support the development of young players (ages 6–21), with a focus on skill development, discipline, and team dynamics.
📝 Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing weekly training sessions
Support teams during weekend matches and competitions
Provide mentorship and a positive environment for young players
Maintain player attendance and performance records
Uphold All City FC’s values of inclusion, professionalism, and respect
Contribute to holiday camps, special events, and talent trials
Requirements
Minimum FA Grassroots Coaching Licence or Licence D
Previous coaching experience with youth players (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, punctual, and enthusiastic
Passion for youth development and grassroots football
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Open to both male and female applicants
About the Company
All City Football Club is a dynamic grassroots football club based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. Formerly Emzee FC, we’ve grown into one of Johor’s most inclusive and community-driven football institutions. We provide structured development for players aged U8 to U21, as well as inclusive programmes for children with mild disabilities.
We participate in competitive leagues such as Suparimau, JBFA, and international tournaments, and run a wide range of initiatives including holiday camps, B40 community support, and inclusive football training.
